Toshiba, Japan Semiconductor improve performance of high voltage LDMOS for automotive applications

According to an official press release dated 11 June, Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation and Japan Semiconductor Corporation have demonstrated a method for simultaneously improving the reliability and performance of high voltage Laterally Double Diffused MOS (LDMOS), core components of analogue integrated circuits (ICs) used in a variety of automotive applications such as motor control.
