ACQUISITION: Tobii enters automotive driver monitoring market by acquiring Phasya
The deal is expected to close on 6 August 2021
Tobii, the world leader in eye tracking, announced on 5 August that it has signed an agreement to acquire Phasya, an innovative provider of software for monitoring physiological and cognitive states that influence human behavior.
