Renesas, Dialog Semiconductor announces conclusion of final regulatory review

According to a press release published on PR Newswire on 16 August, Renesas Electronics Corporation and Dialog Semiconductor announce that the Taiwan Fair Trade Commission has waived its jurisdiction to review Renesas' proposed all-cash acquisition of Dialog Semiconductor.
