AKASOL AG inaugurates Gigafactory 1 in Germany, invests USD117 million
The battery plant will have capacity to produce 1GWh in first phase and will be scaled up to 2.5GWh in 2022
German battery maker AKASOL AG has inaugurated its Gigafactory 1 in a ceremony attended by more than 160 guests, the company said in a press release on 16 August.
