Toshiba ships pre-driver ICs for safety applications
Toshiba to start mass production in December 2022
Toshiba has begun shipping TB9083FTG test sample, a pre-driver IC for automotive applications like brushless motors used in electric power steering systems and electric brakes, it said in a press release on 28 September.
