Ouster agrees to acquire Sense Photonics in digital-lidar tie-up
Ouster Inc. said it will acquire a key competitor in an all-stock deal valued at USD68 million
According to a press release published on Business Wire on 5 October, Ouster announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Sense Photonics (“Sense”), which has developed a digital solid-state lidar sensor for automotive series production.
