Rane acquires Hical Group's steering components business for USD3.3 million
The company expects to enhance its customer base by acquiring the Tier 2 steering components supplier.
Indian industrial group Rane (RML) announced on 11th October that it had agreed to acquire the Steering and Components Division (SCB) of Yagachi Technologies Private Limited from Yagachi Technologies Private Limited, a part of the Hical Group.
