Amtek acquires Triplex-Ketlon Group
Expands its precision machining operations
Amtek Auto has acquired UK based Triplex-Ketlon Group for an undisclosed amount.The company is in the process of coming up with integration plans for achieving considerable cost savings. This acquisition also increases the scope of highly profitable outsourcing opportunities worth US$100m for Amtek’s forging and iron casting and aluminum die-casting operations in India.
