Ouster completes acquisition of Sense Photonics
Solidifies Ouster’s competitive position in automotive with long-range solid-state digital lidar
According to a press release published on PR Newswire on 25 October, Ouster announced that it had completed the acquisition of Sense Photonics ("Sense") and formally established Ouster Automotive, a new functional division of the Company focused on driving mass-market adoption of digital lidar in consumer and commercial vehicles.
