Smart Eye enters into an agreement to acquire iMotions
The combined companies bring together complementary expertise in sensing technologies and biosensor software
According to a press release published on Businesswire on 26 October, Smart Eye and iMotions announced an agreement in which Smart Eye will acquire iMotions for USD46.6 million.
