STMicroelectronics develops new SiC devices for EVs
The SiC devices are optimized for high-end automotive applications including EV traction inverters, on-board chargers
STMicroelectronics has developed its third generation of STPOWER silicon-carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, for in power devices in electric-vehicle (EV) powertrains, it said in a press release dated 9 December.
