STMicroelectronics introduces PowerGaN products for more energy-efficient, slimmer power supplies

According to an official press release dated 15 December, STMicroelectronics has introduced a new family of gallium nitride (GaN) power semiconductors in the STPOWER portfolio that can significantly reduce energy consumption and enable slimmer designs in a wide range of electronic products.
