Asahi Kasei wins Li-ion separator patent lawsuit against Shenzhen Xu Ran
The Beijing IP Court decided to rule in favor of Asahi Kasei in response to Shenzhen Xu Ran’s patent invalidation appeal
Japanese chemical company Asahi Kasei announced via press release on 1 December that the Beijing Intellectual Property Court had decided to maintain the company’s Chinese patent on lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery separators in response to Chinese battery part manufacturer Shenzhen Xu Ran’s invalidation appeal.
