JBC Tech acquires Colorado-based Die Cut Technologies
The acquisition will expand the Ohio-based converter’s geographical footprint and automotive market presence.
Ohio-based flexible materials converter JBC Technologies announced via press release on 13th December that it had acquired Die Cut Technologies, an ISO-9001, TS-16940, and MIL-I-45208A certified converter located in Denver, Colorado.
