Rheinmetall to form a JV with US startup PolyCharge to jointly develop DC-link capacitors
Rheinmetall will hold 75% in the new JV, which will be known as Rheinmetall PolyCharge GmbH
German supplier of powertrain parts Rheinmetall AG plans to form a joint venture with the US startup PolyCharge America, Inc. to produce, develop and market DC-link capacitors, the company said on 11 January 2022.
