ArcelorMittal to decarbonize French steelmaking sites through a USD1.91 billion investment

The investments will reduce ArcelorMittal’s CO2 emissions in France by 40%.

Steelmaking company ArcelorMittal announced via press release on 4 February that it will be implementing USD1.91 billion of investment to decarbonize its steelmaking sites in Fos-sur-Mer and Dunkirk, France, with the support of the French government.
