Arkema boosts PVDF capacity expansion in Changshu to 50%
The increase is driven by an increase in demand for Li-ion batteries that use PVDF as an electrode binder material
French chemicals company Arkema announced via press release on 26 January that it would be revising upwards its previously announced fluoropolymer (PVDF) capacity increase at its Changshu site in China from 35% to 50%.
