AIXTRON and HC Semitek partner to develop micro-LED display technology
HC Semitek orders AIXTRON's AIX 2800G4-TM and AIX G5+ C / AIXTRON to meet increasing demand for micro-LEDs
HC Semitek will use AIXTRON's planetary reactor metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) systems that include AIX 2800G4-TM (IC2) and AIX G5+ C to meet the growing demand for micro-LED displays, according to a press release published by AIXTRON on 23 February.
