Henniges Automotive and Guizhou Guihang collaborate to from strategic partnership
New venture to be called Henniges (China) Sealing Systems Co. and will enable Henniges Automotive gain further access to Chinese automakers and expand its regional footprint
Henniges Automotive and Guizhou Guihang Automotive Components collaborate to form a joint venture (JV) to combine their operations of Henniges with Guizhou Hongyang Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Hongyang Sealing Parts, both subsidiaries of Guizhou Hongyang Automotive Components, according to a press release published by PR Newswire on 1 March.
