Enhanced solution will enable customers to streamline electrical IC and photonics modules
Cadence Design Systems and GlobalFoundries (GF) collaborate to accelerate silicon photonics integrated circuits (IC) development for 5G communications, hyperscale computing, healthcare, automotive, internet of things (IoT) and aerospace systems, according to a press release published by Cadence on 7 March.
