Posco Chemical invests USD480 million in new battery precursor plant
The company intends to build an entire cathode material value chain in the Gwangyang area to enhance manufacturing efficiency
South Korean manufacturer of specialty chemicals Posco Chemicals announced via press release on 7 March that it would be investing USD480 million to build a new 100,000-ton battery precursor material plant with the South Jeolla Province and Gwangyang city.
