Vector Informatik acquires Gimpel Software
Acquisition enables significant expansion of software-based embedded and connected systems testing
German based Vector Informatik GmbH acquires Gimpel Software LLC to expand strategic testing capabilities, according to a press release published by Vector Informatik on 18 March. The transaction includes 100% acquisition of Gimpel Software’s assets. Gimpel Software’s expertise in static analysis software will enable Vector Informatik to accelerate its software based embedded and connected systems testing and expand its portfolio by adding PC-lint Plus solution for code-centric static analysis.
