Almost half of the vehicles received a poor rating

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) introduced a new rating program for seat belt reminders, and in its first round of tests conducted on small and medium utility vehicles, only Subaru Ascent and Subaru Forester earned a "good" rating, according to a press release published by IIHS on 31 March.
