Ascend Performance acquires Indian engineering plastics manufacturer Formulated Polymers
The deal will help expand the US company’s customer base to include the growing Indian vehicle market
US synthetics manufacturing company Ascend Performance Materials announced via press release on 29 March that it had reached an agreement to acquire the compounding division of Indian engineered materials producer Formulated Polymers Limited (FPL).
