The charging infrastructure policy aims to setup charging network to support 194,000 electric cars and vans by 2025

Ireland’s Department of Transport has launched ‘Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Strategy 2022-2025’ wherein the country aims to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) by setting up an EV charging ecosystem to support 194,000 electric cars and vans by 2025, according to a draft published by the Transport Department on 31 March.
