Electrify America records over fivefold growth in charging sessions in 2021
Electrify America provided 1.45 million EV charging sessions in 2021; company estimates EV drivers avoided the use of 5.7 million gallons of traditional fuel last year
Electrify America, one of the leading DC fast charging infrastructure providers in the US, said on 2 May 2022 that it provided 1.45 million customer electric vehicle (EV) charging sessions in 2021, recording more than five-fold growth year-on-year. Notably, the company had recorded 268,000 customer EV charging session in the US in 2020.
