Saudi government invests USD2 billion in new EV battery metals plant
The investment is part of the government’s USD32 billion plan to diversify the country's economy
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources announced via press release on 6 May that it had invested USD2 billion in a new battery metals plant as part of its USD32 billion mining and minerals sector investment package.
