North Star BlueScope Steel invests USD700 million to increase hot-rolled capacity at Ohio
The investment will add an electric arc furnace to increase the plant’s low-carbon steel capacity to 2 million tons annually
Ohio newspaper The Blade reported on 10 May that Delta, Ohio steel manufacturing company North Star BlueScope Steel had invested USD700 million to expand hot-rolled steel coil production capacity at the plant by 850,000 tons annually.
