Dow develops liquid silicone rubber for ADB headlight guides
Dow’s portfolio of lighting guides addresses different ADB requirements
US materials company Dow has announced that the company developed SILASTIC MS-5002 Moldable Silicone, a specialized liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that offers very low mold fouling for quicker cycle times and high-quality optics in automotive adaptive driving beam (ADB) light guides, according to a press release published by the company on 10 May.
