onsemi supplies NIO with VE-Trac Direct SiC power modules for EVs
To commercialize SiC technology to deliver EVs equipped with semiconductor material to the market
onsemi, an intelligent power and sensing technology company announced that NIO has selected the VE-Trac Direct SiC power modules from onsemi for its electric vehicles (EVs), according to a press release on 11 May 2022.
