ŠKODA begins production of battery systems for MEB-based EVs at Mladá Boleslav
ŠKODA plans to produce over 250,000 MEB battery systems a year, raising the capacity to over 380,000 units per year by end-2023
Czech carmaker ŠKODA Auto has begun manufacturing battery systems for all-electric vehicles based on the Volkswagen Group’s modular electrification toolkit (MEB) at its Mladá Boleslav based facility, the company announced on 17 May 2022.
