Materials startup Arieca, ROHM partner to develop thermal interface materials for alternative fuel vehicles
Collaboration will enable development of high performance SiC modules for xEV applications
US-based Arieca has announced via press release on 17 May that it partnered with semiconductor company ROHM to develop next-generation thermal interface materials (TIM) to enhance power module for xEVs (hybrid electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and fuel-cell electric vehicles).
