Adient reports FY2021 net sales at USD13.68 billion, up 7.97% y/y
Adient forecasts FY2022 consolidated sales at USD14.8 billion
Adient reports financial year (FY) net sales of USD13.68 billion with a 7.97% increase and full year ended 30 September 2021, according to a filing by the company on 10 November. Operating income for 2021 was reported at USD1.72 billion. Net income was reported at USD1.10 billion for the year 2021. Research and development (R&D) expenses for 2021 was down 14.59% y/y at USD316 million when compared with USD370 million in 2020.
