Baidu secures new batch of driverless licenses to offer ride-hailing services in China
The company operates 20 driverless autonomous cars in Beijing
China-based technology company Baidu has announced that Beijing officials have granted a new batch of driverless permits to the firm, which has been authorized to deliver driverless ride-hailing services to the public on open roads in the city beginning in April, according to a report published by PanDaily on 23 May 2022.
