Infineon, Vitesco Technologies partner on SiC semiconductor components
The collaboration with Infineon brings up the option of increased capacity to support the rapid rise of electromobility
Vitesco Technologies, a drive technologies and electrification solutions supplier, has signed a cooperation agreement with Infineon Technologies to expand and develop silicon carbide (SiC)-based power electronics, according to a press release by Vitesco Technologies on 31 May 2022.
