Germany-based Merck plans to set up new semiconductor plant in China
The company said earlier that it will invest at least CNY1 billion in the current year
German supplier of semiconductor chemicals and materials Merck has signed a contract with local authorities to open a semiconductor plant in the Chinese city of Zhangjiagang, according to a report published by Reuters on 31 May 2022.
