LG Electronics’ software testing center in Korea receives accreditation from TÜV Rheinland
The facility can now conduct functional safety tests on any automotive software solution that falls under the ISO 26262-6 standard
LG Electronics has announced that its software testing center in Korea is now a designated TÜV Rheinland appointed laboratory after receiving accreditation from the global testing body TÜV Rheinland, according to a press release published by LG Electronics on 2 June. The software testing center is capable of accessing a wide range of functional safety tests from self-driving systems and in-vehicle networks to electric and electronic devices.
