The fab is located in South Portland, Maine
Diodes Incorporated has announced that it has completed the transaction to acquire ON Semiconductor Corporation's (onsemi’s) wafer fabrication facility and operations located in South Portland, Maine (SPFAB), according to an official press release on 3 June 2022.
