Polyplastics-Evonik, Toray jointly develop multilayer plastic tube for cooling lines
New MLT can withstand higher temperatures of around 130°C when compared with traditional counterparts
Toray Industries has announced that it partnered with Polyplastics-Evonik Corporation and developed adhesive for bonding polyamide (PA), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resins for multilayer plastic tube (MLT) for use in automotive cooling lines and other industry applications, according to a press release published by Toray on 9 June.
