Micron receives ISO 26262 ASIL-D functional safety certification

Certification will further accelerate the company’s ADAS solutions development

Memory solutions company Micron has announced that the company has received International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 26262 Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL) D certification of memory for its low-power double data rate 5 (LPDDR5) DRAM, it said in a press release on 20 June.
