Hydro invests USD30 million in new aluminum extrusion press for Danish plant

The aluminum maker will extrude the first billet from the new press in mid-2024.

Norwegian aluminium manufacturer Hydro announced via press release on 7 July that it had invested USD30 million (NOK300 million) to install a new 6,000-metric-ton, 12-inch extrusion press in its Tønder plant in Denmark.
