AkzoNobel to acquire Lankwitzer Lackfabrik’s wheel coatings business
The acquisition will include the German company’s coating facility in Leipzig as well as labs in Germany and Turkey
Dutch performance coatings company AkzoNobel announced via press release on 6 July that it had decided to acquire the wheel liquid coatings business of German coatings company Lankwitzer Lackfabrik GmbH.
