Baosteel develops 1.5 GPa ultra-high strength steel for automotive sheet application
The steel will be used to manufacture parts such as bumpers, anti-collision beams, seat beams, and battery pack frames
Chinese steel giant Baosteel announced via social media (Facebook) on 29 July the launch of the world’s highest strength cold-rolled dual-phase steel product for the automotive industry.
