Royal Gulf Industries to set up 35,000-ton lead acid battery recycling site in UAE

Lead recycled from the site will be exported across the world for manufacturing of new vehicle batteries

Newspaper Khaleej Times reported on 4 August that Royal Gulf Industries will be investing USD17 million (AED62.4 million) to set up a used battery recycling center in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), Emirates.
