Kordsa acquires majority stake in Italian carbon fiber specialist Microtex Composites
The acquisition will allow the company to expand its composites business within the European luxury vehicle segment market
Turkish textile manufacturing company Kordsa announced via a Material Event Disclosure that it had acquired a 60% stake in Italian composites manufacturer Microtex Composites for USD25 million (EUR24.6 million).
