Rio Tinto to invest USD29 million to set up new aluminum recycling center in Quebec

The 30,000-ton recycling center will help reduce the carbon footprint of the billets produced at the Quebec plant.

Anglo-Australian mining company Rio Tinto announced via press release on 26 August that it will be investing USD29 million to set up a new aluminum recycling facility at its Arvida plant in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Quebec, Canada.
