Chinese EV maker NIO acquires stake in Australian lithium mining company Greenwing Resources
The strategic financing deal will enable Greenwing to accelerate its exploration program at San Jorge Lithium Project in Catamarca province, Argentina
Chinese electric vehicle (EV) maker NIO, through its wholly owned subsidiary Blue Northstar Limited, plans to acquire a stake in Australia-based critical minerals exploration and development company Greenwing Resources Limited, the mining company said in a regulatory announcement made on 26 September 2022.
