Intel’s self-driving arm Mobileye files for US IPO
Intel seeks to have Mobileye valued at about USD30 billion
The self-driving technology company Mobileye owned by Intel, has filed for an IPO, according to a report published by Bloomberg on 1 October 2022. In its statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the firm did not mention of the specifics of the anticipated share sale. After the IPO, Mobileye will still be under Intel's control, the filing said.
