Carbon-ceramic brake discs maker Surface Transforms raises USD18 million to fund expansion
The company’s Phase 3 expansion plans will increase its annual revenue potential to GBP150 million
British carbon ceramic brake discs manufacturer Surface Transforms announced via press release on 29 September that it had raised USD18 million (GBP16 million) through the placing of 39.4 million Placing Shares and 600,000 Subscription Shares representing 20.5% of its total ordinary shares.
