GaN Systems, Renesas partner to develop DC/DC power converters for EVs
The new converter uses GS61008P from GaN Systems, which makes the system 46% smaller
GaN Systems announced via press release on 11 October that the new automotive 48V/12V bidirectional DC/DC converter from Renesas Electronics Corporation is powered by GaN Systems power transistors, that enable significant power density improvements.
